Summary: Jonathan was helpful and courteous. The breakfast area was not cleaned very well every table dirty and difficult to navigate so crowded. Parking is difficult in the garage and expensive. Not a good value and the rooms are not serviced at all during longer stays.

Summary: The hot water took 10 minute to reach a temperature that we could feel comfortable showering in. The tub was slow to drain so we had to shower in ankle deep water.

Summary: Really great location and very friendly staff. The parking situation is tight and I believe I took a 15 point turn to get into the unloading spot. The room is nice, stained carpet but otherwise good. There is NO FRIDGE! I have never stayed in a hotel room that did not have a fridge or microwave. I don’t know how I missed that. It was a big bummer and we wasted a lot of food on a long road trip.

Summary: Location is amazing...walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf, Ghiarardelli Square, Pier 39, etc. Not a bad neighborhood. Hotel is definitely older and not updated in any way, but if you want a good value, comfortable bed and clean room, it was pretty great. Free breakfast was good with hot and cold options...could use more seating for the size of the hotel, but we just took ours up to our room. Overall, great.

Summary: The hotel is in a good location, near restaurants and stores. Our room was clean and they served a good breakfast. I love that checkout is at 12pm . Downside for me was parking is charged separately $35 which i thought was pretty expensive. Also, there is no refrigerator in the room and the bed was stiff and uncomfortable.

Summary: The hotel is in an excellent location. Walkable distance to Fisherman's Wharf, shoos, restaurants. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious but are in need of updating and brightening up. We had the King suite. Plenty of storage space, enormous bed. The bathroom was huge, but tons of wasted space in there. The shower was difficult as it's a fixed height (low) and if you're quite tall, as I am, you're having to shower crouching down. There’s space in the bathroom to put a nice big walk in shower. We had two large windows but the outsides were so dirty, they were difficult to see through. Breakfast was basic, but plentiful and a real bonus to start the day with.
